Cameroon Tourist Visa – Chinese Nationality:

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TOURIST VISAS

1. Applicant’s Passport: Original, undamaged, and valid for at least another 7 months.
2. Visa Application Form: Please download, complete, print, and sign the Cameroon visa application.
   • Tourist travelers bringing guns to Cameroon to hunt must also include:
     1. 2 completed, signed gun permit applications (attached to main application)
     2. 4 additional passport photos
     3. Notarized resume or curriculum vitae
     4. Medical certificate or letter from a doctor attesting the applicant is in good health to hunt in Cameroon

3. Photograph: Two recent, clear, front view, in color, professional 2″ x 2″ passport-photo of the applicant with a plain white or off-white background.

   

4. Itinerary: Copy of your round-trip ticket, reservation, or letter from a travel agency under the applicant’s name, listing flight number and arrival/departure dates and reservation code provided by the airline.
5. Bank Statements: Copies of the past 3 months of the applicants’ most recent bank statements.
6. Yellow Fever Vaccination: Applicant must include a completed ICVP for Yellow Fever with the vaccine center’s stamp

REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-US CITIZENS:

7. Proof of U.S. Citizenship: Notarized copy of front and back of green card. (A valid U.S. visa with a valid I-94 card is also acceptable.)
