Indonesia Business Visa – Chinese Nationality:

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BUSINESS VISAS

1. Applicant’s Passport: Original, undamaged, and valid for at least another 6 months.
2. Visa Application Form: Please download, complete, print, and sign the Indonesia visa application form.
   • Important: The visa application must be filled out on your computer and then printed.

3. Photograph: Two recent, clear, front-view, in-color, professional 2″x2″ passport photos of the applicant with a plain white or off-white background.

   

4. Itinerary: Copy of your round-trip ticket, reservation, or letter from a travel agency under the applicant’s name, listing flight number and arrival/departure dates and reservation code provided by the airline.
5. Copy of Driver’s License: Copy of the front and back of the driver’s license
6. Letter of Invitation: A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Indonesia which must meet the following criteria:
   1. Printed on company letterhead
   2. Addressed to “The Consulate of Indonesia, Visa Section”
   3. Signed by a senior manager
   4. Briefly introduce the applicant, including employment status and position held in the company by the applicant
   5. State the nature of business to be conducted (i.e., business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.)
   6. Names of companies to be contacted in Indonesia
   7. Specify the type and validity of the visa requested (i.e., one-year multiple-entry business visa).
7. Business Letter: Meeting the requirements listed below:
   1. Original: Original signature of senior manager;
   2. Issued by applicant’s company/employer in the United States; State the following information:
      1. 1. Nature of business of the U.S. company;
         2. Applicant’s title and/or functions with the U.S. company;
         3. Detailed information concerning nature of business and activities to be conducted in Indonesia;
         4. Responsibility of the U.S. company that the applicant will not be pursuing any activities that are incompatible with a business visa (such as paid work, technical assistance, technical training) during his/her stay in Indonesia;
         5. Name(s) and address (es) of Indonesian company (ies) with which the applicant is going to deal/negotiate;
         6. Name(s) of person(s) to be contacted in Indonesia, phone number(s) and his/her/their functions with the Indonesian company (ies);
         7. Expected travel dates of trip to Indonesia;
         8. Responsibility of the U.S. company for applicant’s stay in Indonesia and his/her return to the country of origin;

REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-US CITIZENS:

8. Proof of U.S. Citizenship: Notarized copy of the front and back of the green card. (A valid U.S. visa with a valid I-94 card is also acceptable.)
