China Business Visa – Non-U.S. Citizens:
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BUSINESS VISAS
- A) Applicant’s Passport: original, undamaged; valid for at least another 6 months.
- B) Visa Application Form: Please download, complete, print, and sign the China visa application
- Important: The visa application must be filled out on your computer and then printed. They should not be completed by hand.
- You must provide 5 years of work experience
- Please sign on both the application form(section 9.1A) and the confirmation page. (HAND SIGNATURE ONLY)
- C) Photograph: one recent, clear, front view, in color, professional 2″x2″ passport photo of the applicant with a plain white or off-white background.
- D) Business Letter of Invitation: All business applications require a Letter of Invitation from the Chinese Company. (The letter should include the information detailed in this sample China Invitation Letter Template).

- E) Previous Chinese Visas and Chinese residence permit(if any): For applicants with a China Visa issued prior to March 26, 2020, you must submit the old visa and passport to the Embassy.
- F) Copy of the front and back of the green card. (A valid U.S. visa with a valid I-94 card is also acceptable.)
- Note: Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the fees and processing times published on the website.
- Note: The Consulate may contact you for an in-person visit.
- G) Copy of Driver’s License: copy of the front and back of the driver’s license
- H) Business Letter a business letter from the sending company in the US. The letter should be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Visa Section. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Original: original signature of senior manager;
- Issued by the applicant’s company/employer in the United States; Must state the following information
- Nature of business of the U.S. company;
- Applicant’s title and functions with the U.S. company;
- Detailed information concerning the nature of business and activities to be conducted in China;
- Responsibility of the U.S. company that the applicant will not be pursuing any activities that are incompatible with a business visa (such as paid work, technical assistance, or technical training) during his/her stay in China;
- Name(s) and address (es) of Chinese company (ies) with which applicant is going to deal/negotiate;
- Name(s) of the person(s) to be contacted in China, phone number(s), and his/her/their functions with the Chinese company (ies);
- Expected travel dates of the trip to China;
- Responsibility of the U.S. Company for the applicant’s stay in China and his/her return to the country of origin.
- I) Travel Record: Please complete the form with your travel for the last 8 years.
- J) Where you Stay Form: Please complete, sign, and date
